A past thread that I started garnered a lot of input on clutch vs neutral safety switches so I'm not going to repeat that here. I'm planning to abandon the FFR clutch switch because I'm personally not a believer in a safety that requires human intervention to make it work. In the case of the FFR switch, the car will start with the pedal pushed partially down and the clutch still engaged, and requires further action on the part of the driver to create the safety.
I'd like to wire my neutral switch in parallel with a clutch switch. Wondering if others have found better setups where the clutch switch makes only when the pedal is fully depressed.
Thanks,
Pat
