I know it’s a long shot but you never know until you try. Anyone happen to have a Russ Thompson (RIP Russ) turn signal? I got a call into TJ at Mountain Metal Works but no reply yet.
Thx,
Henry

Hey Henry. I think TJ tapped out a while ago. His last post was in 2024. Are you able to use Frank's version at i.e.427? It's a nice design.

TJ is still around. I have a guy near my that spoke with him about a service issue, he has sent his turn signal back to TJ for repair.

Frank's setup is nice, and likely to avoid the need for repairs like the VW switch. I have Russ' kit in my MK4 and I have the I.E.427 setup going into my Coupe. I'm very impressed with the I.E.427 setup.

+1 on the Microflex Labs setup. Admittedly I have not installed mine yet, but it looks to be a very high quality product, and the documentation is great. Plus it’s a lighting controller as well and provides other features such as hazard lights. Definitely worth checking out.

I bought all the stuff to duplicate the RT turn signal. Its a ton of work to build one. I just ordered the Microflex instead.
