Picked up a truck mid-build. Lookin for some help with SBC / EFI wiring

The original owner had already installed the motor and transmission, I'm trying to finish the wiring. I've followed the instructions as best I could but I have some wires left. He has a holley sniper efi mounted on the SBC. :

These are from the ron francis harness :
A grey "speed sensor"
A green "speed sensor"
A blue "efi crank"

From the efi harness:
A yellow "coil (-) input"
Green "crank signal ground"
Purple "crank signal positive"

A email to FFR said that some of the harness wires may not be used. I'm hoping somwone here has experience with this config and can steer me straight.

Do these connect somehow?
Did i mess up the other connections?

I have a Sniper 2 and Holley Distributor, ignition & coil. Once that system was installed I had used almost none of the Ron Francis motor harness and significantly little of the front chassis harness (gauges etc.) were wired directly to the Holley power distribution module. So, what I am saying, is go with what you need and tape off the rest.

I called holley, and i think got it figured out.
The yellow wire from the ron francis harness goes to the tach side of the hei. Then the holley has a tach output.
