I did not and the one I used was under 100 bucks.

No familiar with that one. Not even sure what it is to be honest given the mounting bracket and hose connections. Many use a Moroso. I have a couple times. Other brands include Mishimoto, UPR, and more. I used a slightly more compact VMP on my Mk5 build.

My Moroso looks similar in shape but does not have that bracket at all & the hose barbs are in a different location.

I went with the Mishimoto tank. Similar to the Moroso tank, but it includes a sight tube (coolant level is visible). You can get it in aluminum or black powder coat.

I tried to find the one I ordered on Amazon but the old link is dead. I believe it was a UPR, I also ordered the mishimoto hose kit

Im sure that tank will work. I used the FFR expansion tank on my 2012 Coyote MkIV build. Worked fine, and I logged over 40,000 kilometers before installing a Mishimoto tank. Reason being, I had to replace a cracked radiator and the expansion tank makes it VERY easy to refill the cooling system without having the onerous task of "burping" the system.

I bought another Mishimoto tank for me 30th Anniversary MkV build before I took delivery of the kit. Turns out, the Mishimoto tank doesn't fit easily and I will have limited real estate in the engine bay on this build. I'll go with another option...but I have a new in the box MMRT-MUS-15E tank for sale if anyone is interested.
