Coolant overflow hose routing

Just had a question about routing the coolant overflow line from my Moroso coolant tank to the radiator. From what I've seen it looks like people have clocked the hose barb 90 degrees and ran the hose along the outside of the radiator tunnel aluminum. To me it flows a little better running it down through the same hole as the lower radiator hose and up to the hose barb. Just wanted to check if it will be a problem running it down then back up with bleeding air or anything?
