New Mark 5 owner

[Cobra roadster]

Hi all. After 25 years dreaming about getting a roadster I made the plunge.I spoke to Cunningham today and should be delivered early March. I am going to go with a Coyote and a 6R80. I have a 1996 Impala SS and an 09 Solstice GXP as well. My 12 year old an I will be building the car. We can't wait to get started.

Enjoy the whole experience building your own car. I've been building mine with my 2 grandson's and the neighborhood gear heads and it's been a great learning experience for all of us. Looking forward to seeing you're progress as you build yours.

Nice man! I got my MK5 in December and have been under way. Parts are still trickling in :)

Congratulations and welcome to the fun! Being Canadian I get mine in 2 parts, I received my fully loaded "Canadian Kit" a couple of weeks back, and take delivery of my "Canadian Completion Kit" (suspension, brakes, wheels, fuel system...) tomorrow. My two adult sons and I have been mounting, drilling and prepping all the aluminum for powder coat

Awesome, and I can finally say "welcome to the club !" , as I'm a few weeks into my own Mk5 build. I love seeing all these new Mk5 builds.
