I just had my tires and wheels mounted and an alignment done. It's a good thing I had some .090" spacers on the front, or my rims would have rubbed on the calipers. As it stands, I can get a business card between my rim and caliper. I've ordered some slightly thicker spacers (.197"), which should give me enough room.

Anyone else have this kind of issue?

What brakes are you using? I have never had interference with any of FFRs brakes offerings and their wheels.

I haven't had any alignment yet but I test fitted my wheels and had no issues.
I am running the 18 inch wheels from Factory Five and the Wliwood brake package.

Same. I’ve done dozens of cars with 17 and 18 inch FFR rims in combination with Wilwoods and the dual piston Mustang calipers (both 12” and 13” rotors) and none have required spacers for clearance. What exactly are you running?

I am using Wilwood brakes, but they are sourced from Gordon Levy. A bit of an upgrade I am told. I have the 17" FFR Halibrand rims.

I wonder if the calipers are slightly bigger?

EDIT:

And yes, they are bigger. Just got a reply from Gordon and he confirmed that the brakes he sells are bigger. This is why he includes the .090 spacer. It's a little tight for my taste, so I'll go with the .197" spacers and rest easy.

I have the exact same setup from Gordon, and prior to purchase, was informed to not be surprised if there's ~0.050 clearance between the caliper and "spoke" portion of the Halibrands. I too thought about increasing the spacer size, but my front lugs do not fully thread onto the studs as it is (with spacer and rim installed) due to the 1/4" tip of the stud not being threaded. I brought this up in another post and was assured by people with more experience than me that it was OK, however a larger spacer may exacerbate the lug thread engagement issue.

I'll keep an eye on that and report back. Spacers arrive Friday.
