Hello everyone. I finally pulled the trigger and I'm expecting my kit delivery in just a few weeks. It's been over 2 months since I ordered and the wait has been excruciating. Needless to say, I've used the time to read build manuals, the forums, buy tools and materials, prep my build area, and watch plenty of videos. This build will be an exciting learning experience as the majority of my knowledge is related to aircraft and not cars. I plan to rely heavily on the experience others share to help me through to completion.
My build will be a Mk5 Complete Kit/IRS with the FFR Coyote Engine package. I have yet to find a set of wheels that excite me. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Welcome to the fun!
I put these on my MK3 I'm building. You can see pictures in my build thread in my signature.

Welcome to the forum and the fun.
Not sure what kind of wheel look you're going for but you might check out Vintage Wheels in the vendors section.
They had lots of nice stuff.
I chose to go with the FF Halibrands in 18 inch and I'm powder coating them black for the look I want.
I like the knock off look because they remind me of the old days when my dad raced sprint cars and they all had knock offs then.
I've still got his brass hammer he used to tighten them.
Building a MK5 myself but I decided to go with a 347 instead of the Coyote.
Coyote will be a fun ride no doubt, very popular around here.
Good luck with your build !
Getting your delivery is like being a kid at Christmas !
There are many great builders here who have been so helpful in giving advice and sharing their knowledge.

Welcome! If you have aircraft experience you should do fine!
RE: Wheels, what kind of look do you like, what size tires do you intend to run (15, 17, 18?) and what kind of wheel budget do you have?
