Ttimmy’s Daytona Coupe Bodywork Videos

Hey Folks,

After having my coupe on the road for two seasons and putting about 6000 miles on it, I am starting on the bodywork. This will be the second FFR on which I am doing my own bodywork; my last one was a cobra that I finished last summer.

I started sharing some progress videos with another coupe builder on YouTube since the files were too big to send via SMS. Anyway, I have created a playlist of the videos and I will TRY to keep posting my progress. I am expending no effort whatsoever on video production quality. So be prepared to hear the ramblings of a simple country boy.

I welcome any feedback and I hope these videos will help others.

I watched all of these last night and subscribed. Thanks for posting these as I am coming up on the bodywork phase and looking for all the examples I can find. Im also planning to integrate the spoiler in to the body instead of using rivets so that was perfect timing.

Excellent videos, thanks for taking the time. Getting the nose to fit takes time but, is doable. I did the same on my tilt nose cobra, making the edge square across the top.

I'm interested in putting power windows in my coupe. I've been looking for a suitable kit in the USA as no one in Australia would do it. I've watched your video and then endeavored to find the company who made your kit with no luck. Is it possible to contact them?
