MK5 with 3-link rear issues resolved?

I'm getting closer to ordering a kit. I was hoping to get in on the free IRS promotion at the end of last year, but not ready until this summer. I'm probably going to go with the 3-link unless they offer that promotion again sometime in the next few months. Anyway, I've seen some discussion on the forum about some interferences with the 3-link rearend installation on the Mk5. This was from earlier last year. Does anyone know if this has been addressed yet or are there still clearance issues with some of the hardware?
