License plate bracket and light

Can anyone with a July 2024 delivery or newer tell me if this is now what is being included for the license plate bracket and license plate light(s)? These were in the box where they should have been, but they dont match what is in the manual. If that is the bracket how does it get attached? I can come up with something, but would be nice to know how FF intends to have it attached.

I emailed FF on Monday and didn't get a reply yet.

You got the Hot rod rear plate bracket and lights.
The two angle brackets are 2 of the 8 covered headlight brackets.
