I know a lot of you folks are hunkered down for winter so I thought I'd give you inspiration and/or make you jealous. Out here in SoCal it rained hard for a week or two and then got windy, but wind isn't much of a stopper. They just re-opened The Snake section of Mulholland Highway for the first time since 2018 and I went out and drove it yesterday after hanging out for a while with the Porsches, Cobras, Ferraris et al. at Supercar Sunday. It's beautiful out in the Santa Monica mountains. The hills have all turned green and an uphill super twisty road makes for a good time. I would have enjoyed it even more if I hadn't been following a Hemi Charger. 70 muscle cars were not built for cornering! I'll be going back on some weekdays when the traffic is lighter. The Old Place was packed for lunch with cool cars and the Rock Store was wall to wall motorcycles. Such are weekends on Mulholland.
