Hi,
I know where the bracket is called for on the MK5 in the front for the flexible hose, but wanted opinions on a second/alternate location.
If we were to place it opposite side the current called for location (in the inner part of the bracket between the upper and lower arms), would we still have plenty of slack for full turns. Sorry for the ask, as I am missing some parts to complete my steering column to easily test.
It seems like the brake line from my booster would have a better angle around the steering shaft and we would not need to trim any panels.
