Here is a quick video of the HR and I taking on the Mustangs, Vettes, Beemers, Miatas, and one very quick S2000 at Fontana (we call it Fontucky). The track was very tight and difficult to read due to lack of cones but once I got it down and lowered my tire pressure I was able to post times right up there with the top five drivers.
FYI, I took the tire pressure down to 22PSI from 27 and it made all the difference. I'm also running the softer springs front and rear (QA1 2.5x8 450#FR and 2.5X10 325#R) And again, thank GOD for power steering. One of the roadster guys had his arms cramping up but still managed a decent time as he's a pretty strong guy. The car is really great and the stock HP of a 302 is more than enough for something like this. I'm anxious to get it out on a road course ASAP where the HP will be more of a limitation?
