Trying to install my sun visors. They sent us 6/32 screws to mount in the holes on the windshield frame. Th dont come close to fitting. What are the exact size of these holes? Scew size needed?
Anybody else with is problem?

Skip trying to use the holes in the windshield frame! Lots of horror stories of broken windshields if the screws come into contact with the glass. Take a look at this thread post instead: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?20845-FFR-sun-visors&p=235927&viewfull=1#post235927
I did mine this way and haven't had any issues.

As I stated in the thread that Papa linked the 6-32 screws are indeed correct however the frames are chromed after they’re tapped hence they don’t fit. Some have had reasonable success by using a metric screw that “kind of almost” fits. Use my top channel mount method and you won’t have to worry about damaging the frame or glass.
