will my brake line interfere with mechanical throttle linkage?

Hi all, as I'm sorting out some brake line leaks, it dawned on me that the way my rear brake line (from the MC) is ran, it may interfere with the Forte mechanical throttle linkage as it enters the footbox? I haven't purchased the linkage since I'm not anywhere near that phase yet, but from other pics I've seen it looks like I may be bending up a new line. Can anyone confirm my suspicion from the attached pics?

It might interfere, but you should have enough wiggle room in the brake line to adjust if needed.Here's my linkage.

Thanks Greg! Compounding my issue (I think) is that I chose to run my line straight down behind the accelerator pedal (through the mount). Looks like that's the area where the linkage heim joint wants to live <sigh>. If it's not one thing...it's another...;)

I'd just bend the brake line out of the way once you're ready to install the linkage. You can also mount the linkage to the 2x2" cross bar to get it lower of necessary. You'll just need longer bolts for the pedestals. It actually gives you a more solid feel and won't need to worry about the firewall flexing.

Thanks egchewy79 for the suggestion of mounting the linkage to the 2x2 crossbar. I do have the thicker FFMetal firewall forward so flexing should be reduced, but the positioning is something I'll keep in mind.
Another issue I noticed is that my brake line was a tad too tall coming out of the MC and would be touching the top of the footbox aluminum. I tried to bend the line a bit to create clearance and hilarity ensued when I created a kink. Looks like a new brake line is in my future. I'm going to order the linkage today (so I can better understand the mockup), but before I make the new line, does anyone have a clear photo showing the area around the heim joint connection to the pedal? Just want to ensure I won't have any interference if I replicate my current brake line routing. FWIW I am running the Breeze gas pedal.
