If you cut your own, how much smaller than the frame did you cut the lexan?

I looked at getting a piece of hard coated lexan and it wasn't much less than Fast Freddies which was ready to drop in...

Wayne, shame on you for assuming I'm doing something normal. I'm making a speedster type windshield and I need to cut the lexan I have down to size.

The Arizona guys that have used the Lexan just used the old windshield as a template. I say cut to fit the frame then adjust as needed.

I worked it down fitting to the frame , made it somewhat snug so as not to rattle in the frame.
