PS Rack Torque spec MK5 ?

I'm working on the front end today and I've installed the ps rack and upper and lower control arms.
I've torqued the control arms as stated in the build manual but there is no listing in the online manual, I even searched for it but there is no spec listed that I can see.

If there is no listed spec what do the experienced builders here use as a spec or is good and tight good enough ?
Seems like an important part not to have a torque value for.

I appreciate any advice.

The build manual is a little hit and miss about providing torque values in the actual build steps. However, there is Appendix E in the build manual that provides general bolt torque specs.
