Shipping Engine from US to BC Canada

Hi everyone, Mike Forte is buttoning up the last few things on my 347, should have posted earlier, any recommendations for a broker as well as a shipper? Also is the import process the same as the Canadian kit from FFR, ie submit parts list for import approval?

I can't help you with the shipper and broker but you do not need to get any special approvals to import the engine. Check with Mike he must have a shipper he uses, only question is if they go into Canada. When Gordon Levy shipped my Dart 363 in 2017 he set up the truck and it was delivered to my garage in a truck with a power tail gate.

I've ordered my drivetrain through The Canadian FFR dealer, Valin Custom cars. He gets the components through Forte. Ryan takes care of the shipping, is the broker and includes the HST for Canada Customs. The price from Forte was the best I could find anywhere scouring the internet.

David and Dave, Thank you both, I spoke with Mike he is arranging door-to-door shipping and will be using BorderBuddy (one Mike suggested) here in Vancouver as the broker, I'll let you know how it works out.
