I am curious if anyone has seen this build "up close and personal"?

It looks like they upholstered over the Airpod box right behind the cockpit. It's an interesting solution to managing ride height.

You're killing me! But good for you! I almost bombed down there yesterday since they'll let the little people in this year (I think just for Friday?).
I'm also very curious why the tachometer is rotated 90 degrees. I would always be tilting my head to the left trying to read it.

Tach is positioned so at redline the needle is straight up. Old race car technology.

Thanks for the explanation! I figured there was a reason, but had never seen that done before.
