I am beginning my layout and wiring journey, starting with the Coyote PDB and associated engine side wiring. I have read through the directions a couple of times and have determined the following:

From Transmission Harness

1. Diet out C141 and C142, Downstream O2 sensor connections;
2. Consolidate power leads from C1571 and C1572 to eliminate the 4 into 1 power splice in the harness.

From the PDB Harness:

1. Diet out legs for C1217 (Intercooler Coolant Pump Control) and C1743 (Intercooler Coolant Temp Sensor). I plan on taking these back to the main harness junction.

I am using the Ford Performance recommendations of individual wire shrink wrap, then tape off and bundle back into harness. I would take them all the way back to the PDB but it's a lot of work to unwrap the entire harness.

If anyone sees anything incorrect in what I am proposing please let me know. If there is anything I have missed or should also include I would appreciate guidance in that area as well.

It looks ok. Just a heads up, Ford does make some interesting splices inside the harness so it’s not always as simple as pulling back the wrap and diet out/ move wires.

I would probably keep the UEGO wires as is and not consolidate power. Pulling the wrapping back, removing the extra wires and pulling the Right side UEGO leg as far back as possible made the harness fit well for me, routed across the front of the engine. Turned out to be a perfect length to connect to the sensors.

It looks like from F5's directions you can also remove the white/yellow CAN bus wires as well.
