I used this guy when I was restoring my '65 Falcon. His website says he also does wheel chroming.

Another option is powder coating. Some of the finishes are close to chrome, and there are a number of guys in my area that do it.

Not close to home, but I can vouch for Super Chrome (https://superchromenj.com/) in Asbury Park, I have used them in the past, and the finished product was second to none.

Some years ago, I used Trans Wheel and had some wheels for my truck powder coated chrome. They looked much nicer than many of the cheap chrome jobs, but not as nice as a top notch chrome job. For the price, it was a steal though for a driver.
