I am on my 3rd driver side door latch. The problem is that the ferrule around which the lever rotates is made of really poor material and ends up stripping within a few uses. I ended up going to a very good machine shop who CNC'd a stainless steel ferrule for me. Fits like a champ and no more jumping onto the seat because i couldn't open the door.
