Hi All,
I made a number of attempts to get in touch with Michael Everson to no avail.
-Firstly I'd like to say I hope that all is well with him.
Regarding the radiator Aluminum for the front of the roadster,
-I was hoping to make this purchase.
-does anyone have another source for this?
-does anyone have one they did not install yet that they could trace onto paper?
.....I'm sure I could create a pattern from scratch but would be much easier off the tried and proven product....lol
-Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
George

I was texting Mike last week. He's usually very responsive. Maybe he's busy or on vacation this week.

I've ordered several parts from Mike. I've had a few lapses in response, and a gentle nudge helps. He's a busy dude running a small business. He's good people, though. He'll take care of you. Beware, though...that nose aluminum, while inexpensive, is not cheap to ship. His website states this. It comes in a big box since he's pre-formed it. I think shipping to me in Kansas was almost as much as the part.

I used to work for FEDEX and they and other shipping companies have higher rates for large light weight packages. They figure large packages take up space that several small packages could be loaded in.

I just talked to Mike this afternoon. I will not speak for him, but I got the impression that he's not selling parts any longer. That aside, we sell a cardboard template to use for the one piece nose sheet metal. Pictures and price can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.809200917881421&type=3 Shipping for the template is inexpensive in comparison to the cost of shipping the aluminum part. Frank is right. I am winding down my parts business. Most stuff is gone including the nose aluminum. Losing money on everything I make and very busy building car. 10 cars in my shop right now.

G'day Mike,
A number of your parts made it to South Australia. My Roadster and several others down here, were enhanced with your designs, which took the cars to another level.
Thankyou,
Nigel
