Anyone know what's up with CobraHeat? Wondering if they are shut down. Online order won't process. Phone not working. And no response to email.

I think Mike Forte sells the same seat heaters if you can't get through.

Thanks, will check price. Seems like several places sell them but best price is direct. But, if they are out of business, I'd like to know. Probably wouldn't buy that brand if that's the case.

Looks like Forte sells only the waterproof one. I was planning on the standard. Anyone had any issues with the standard one vs waterproof?

I have a set in the pile of stuff I'm not going to use. Only reason is that I went with different seats that have them already built in. PM me if you're interested.

With the absence of a roof, waterproof makes sense. Just in case. A few bucks now might save you a lot of trouble later on.

just checked the website for cobraheat and it seems to be working.
but as mentioned, waterproof ones for an extra $10? no brainer.

I've tried for the last two days to place an on-line order on the CobraHeat website. Repeatedly fails with a credit card or PayPal. Just tried sending an email and it came back undeliverable. Kind of weird their website is still running. I had to do a password reset and it sent me an email to do that. Calculates shipping (free in this case) and goes all the way to order submission before it fails. Doesn't look good.
