I've read on the forum that a number of folks have used truck bed liner to protect the underside of the roadster body. It makes sense to me, especially in the wheel wells or other locations subject to rocks and such kicked up by the tires. Has anyone used a product like Rustoleum rubberized undercoating for this application? I emailed Rustoleum, and they said their bed liner would work fine, but they though one of the undercoating products would be better. I'm sort of guessing the only difference would be the bed liner dries to a very hard surface. The rubberized undercoating dries to a more pliable, rubber like surface. Thoughts? Has anyone had success with the undercoating instead of the bed liner?

I've tried them all; rubberized undercoating, Herculiner, Duplicolor Bed Armor but far and away my favorite is U-Pol Raptor. I spray it but if you don't have the ability to do that it can be rolled and/or brushed.

So what makes the U-Pol your favorite and what turned you off from the others??? And which U-Pol Raptor are you referring to? It appears the Raptor line has a number of different bed liners and undercoating products.
