I am hoping someone can give me a measurement for trimming the bellhousing for a coupe. I don't really want to mount it to the engine to install, measure, then remove and trim. I know several have done this procedure and hoping you can point me in the right direction i.e. "measure up 1 1/2" from bottom center and across". I have tried to eyeball it from Paul's (edwardb) build thread but shooting to get a little more accurate info. Planning on using a cutoff wheel to trim.

Giving this a bump, hoping for feedback. Otherwise, going to bolt up the entire fuhshizzle and drop it in to get the measurement.
I struggled with the same issue on my 347/T56M setup. I couldn't come up with a measurement I believed. in the end I installed everything and then trimmed it from under the car. was easier than I thought it would be.

Thanks John. I hadn't really considered trimming it in place but sounds like that's an option. Since the bottom of the chassis is the same for the coupe and roadster (Gen III and Gen V) I kind of thought this number would be out there since they Coyote/T-56 is a fairly common install.
