Trunk lid woes

My car was completed 3 years ago. Over the years my trunk lid has warped, being high in the middle and low on the ends where it meets the front side of the trunk opening (roll bar side). It is severe enough that the height difference in the center is ~1/8" above the body. It still matches pretty well in the corners but when I try to open the lid it hits the body edges and will not open. Lid adjustments provide only marginal improvement. So my question is, what would be the best way to flatten out the dome on my lid? Any insight appreciated. Thanks!

Check to make sure the hinge 90 degree brackets are in fact bent at 90 degrees. take the lid off and put a straight edge across them and make sure they are parallel with each other at closed height. Over time this can warp the trunk lid.
