Cockpit body edge trimming

Howdy folks,
I’d like to know how far back to make my initial rough cut at the front and rear cockpit edges where it rolls over. After completing the 180, the fiberglass edge turns another 90 degrees to point down.

I have the body upside down right now as I am applying Raptor. Thus it seems a good opportunity to make a cut. I haven’t not done any body fitting yet. Also, the body came without any factory cutouts.

I generally take about 1/4" off at the front, a little less at the rear. In back you don't need to trim around the curve.

I like to scribe a cut line w/ the body on the car with the dash installed. I try to get a constant gap body edge to dash panel.
