I purchased the Breeze LED headlight kit with the Hella headlight lenses. On low beam the light pattern is great and bright. I am not getting flashed and love the white light. The issue is the high beam is adding light BELOW the main beam and NOT above. I have talked with Mark at Breeze and his vendor Watson’s Streetworks. These are the same bulb and lens used for a couple years but not same as originally developed. I have them wired correctly and bulb oriented in lens correctly, bulb only inserts one way. Lens is correct orientation with wording horizontal. We can not figure out what is wrong. Mark at Breeze suggested I post here to see if anyone else has same issue or what experience has been with same headlight kit. I know there are other LED lights available and forum threads on those but we are trying to determine what changed as original kit was good. Thanks for any input on the Breeze kit.

Is it the same for both lamps? I agree this is odd. I have new Hellas and Xenon bulbs coming.
I'd look at the bulbs for any orientation issues.
I'm guessing from a distance but have been very pleased with the Hellas. No experience with the Breeze kit.

Jim I agree it is an orientation issue but the bulbs have 3 tabs and only fit one way. Both lights the same, see pics. I am looking at options like your xenons but also looking for anyones experiance with the Breeze leds. Tks

I have the Breeze LEDs. They work great. The way you describe your symptom makes me think you have your hi and low beam switch reversed. What you think is your low beams may actually be your high beams.
