GEN 3 Coyote issues with codes

I have a brand-new GEN 3 coyote with a problem I have never seen before. I bet I have installed 50 of these with no issues. Here is the problem.
Upon first start the engine hunted idle and ran bad. I have codes P0011 P0012 P0021 P002 Codes show that the engine is out of range for advance timing and retard timing. How is that even possible. Scan tool shows the timing changing randomly. Any ideas? this is brand new with the ford control pack and computer has already been tuned.

Can you undo the tune and try it then? If you get the same errors, I bet the PCM itself is bad. Or it isn't a Gen III PCM.

I had a similar experience when my high pressure pump halfway failed.... when I datalogged the high pressure pump pressure it was WAY low. Another indication was a longer than normal crank before fire up...... maybe???
