I’m cooking my power steering oil to the point it overheated and the pump failed.
Does someone make a kit to add a steering cooler (with brackets) to the lower rad hole?
I thought I saw one out there, but can’t find it anymore.
Thanks, -Morgan

You can use most any transmission or oil cooler, just find one that has the dimensions and connection type needed from Summit Racing or any other online retailer. Here is what I used and it’s working great: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?49095-John-in-KC-Roadster-Build-Thread&p=563174&viewfull=1#post563174

I used similar to JMD's. You plumb it into the return line to the reservoir so it is low pressure. That way you only need hose clamps to connect to the cooler.

As JMD and Craig said. On my Mk3 I used a small trans cooler and mounted it in the oil cooler scoop opening.

In addition, try Honda spec power steering fluid.
