I'm working on the Wilwood pedal box on my Coupe and don't have the engine and control pack yet. I'd like to get the clutch switch installed now. Does anyone know the specific part number for the switch?

Dave - I did a search after the fact and the numbers on the underside of my clutch switch don't seem to be part numbers. I will post the picture regardless:

218780

I took this photo this morning and I can't find any other markings on my switch. Maybe you can deduce more than I.

Listed in the Ford Performance Control Pack instructions. It's a Ford 6G9Z-11A152-A. Widely available. They must use it a lot.

You can just use the switch provided by FFR that goes on the front of the clutch pedal. Any Momentary on switch will work.

I think I found what I was looking for:

For a Gen 4 Ford Coyote engine with a manual transmission, you need two separate switches for the clutch pedal, not a single "clutch pedal position ignition switch". The specific part numbers depend on which Ford Performance Control Pack you are using.
The two switches are:
Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch (Top Travel): This switch signals the engine's Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and assists with the cruise control system.
Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch (Bottom Travel): This is the starter safety interlock switch, which prevents the engine from starting unless the clutch pedal is fully depressed.
Part numbers based on Control Pack
For Coyote Gen 2 (2015-2017) with Control Pack M-6017-504V:
Top Travel (Black Plunger): 4M5Z-11A152-A
Bottom Travel (Gray Plunger): 6G9Z-11A152-A
For Coyote Gen 3 (2018-2023) with Control Pack M-6017-M50B:
Top Travel (Black Plunger): 4M5Z-11A152-A
Bottom Travel (Gray Plunger): 6G9Z-11A152-A
For Gen 4 (2024+) Coyote with manual transmission:
Ford Performance does not yet offer a specific control pack for the Gen 4 Coyote with a manual transmission, but the Gen 3 control pack (M-6017-M50B) is used for manual Gen 4 applications. It is very likely that the same clutch switches are used, but you should confirm this with Ford Performance.

Mike,

I think the newer Coyotes require the PCM controlled switch.

It’s simply an on off. The PC doesn’t know the difference .
