Having some clearance problems with breeze lower hose as you can see the lower hose once totally installed the hose rubs on the frame ever so slightly not good even when mounting suport on lower cross frame. Any suggestions

It doesn't appear the elbow to the radiator is fully seated... I installed the elbow coming off my radiator with the short arm attaching to the radiator and the long arm going to the stainless tube. This should position the stainless tube more towards the radiator giving more clearance at the crossmember. I have ~3" or so clearance between the stainless tube and crossmember.

To keep from fighting pulling the hoses on and off spray some WD40 on a paper towel and rub it in the opening of the hose. This will allow you to take the elbows on and off relatively easily until you find the correct positioning. IRRC, I played with it for 20 minutes or so until I got the positioning the way I wanted it...

Agree, you just have to rotate the elbow to the right angle going into the radiator and ensure it’s fully seated. From what I remember, it goes up a little higher into the hose

I know the pic shows it not all the way on but when it is the hose still touches frame. So what your saying is reverse the hose and put the bend closer to the radiator with the longer side connecting to the tube I tried that didn't have much luck lining it up. I also sprayed some silicon on all fittings for ease of fitting all the pieces together. I really didn't spend alot of time working on it after installing radiator just thought I might have something turned around. Tomorrow I'll try turning the lower hoes around again and fiddle with it some more

Thanks Greg after working on it all day and tying up all the little loose ends getting it ready to start then installing the radiator I just needed to step away for the day. This morning 2 min and problem solved, thanks Greg for your patience with the first time builder. The Next build I'll know better this is like getting $50.000

If you don't already have one, you can get a clamp from Breeze, or make one yourself, to keep the hose secured to the frame and prevent from flopping around.

Awesome, good job! I'm glad you got it sorted out. I had some headscratching moments installing that pipe, as well. It wasn't really obvious to me how it went in. And I have my power steering cooler on the bottom of the x-brace, so it added some additional complexity in routing the lower radiator hose.

I Have some spare conduit Clamps that fit well with some rubber lining. I'll drill and tap the cross member as your pic shows.

Well success today, I think it looks great I come up with my own lower tube support. Everything worked out fine.

May i ask where you bought those 3 parts? The 2 rubber connections and the hose. Part numbers if possible too! The provided parts....well, not great

Thank you!

Breeze automotive has the whole kit with fan shroud also it's a great value I couldn't get them made locally cheaper than this even with shipping. I didn't order the support bracket I bought a 2" electical clamp and used the extra radiator hose fittings that ffr sent with kit cut and wrapped tube then drilled and taped Frame to mount 219926
