Need to adjust our pinion angle. And center the axle with the car. Panhard bar threads are maxed out on the ds side and close to maxed on ps side too. Will be adjusting the upper link. And maybe our issue with the panhard bar is that is need to be at the bottom of the slot on the ps side? It might have slipped up into the top position of slot, that’s where it’s at now.
Thanks

Measure from the wheel to the frame for centering. It may not be perfectly centered on the body.

Panhard bar needs to be parallel with the ground at ride height and as Craig said, measure from the wheels to chassis, not to the body.

I started with the Pan Hard Bar adjusted IN all the way on both sides, then adjusted to desired length.

For the pan hard bar DS and PS jam nuts which one is Left hand thread and which is right?

It's a pain in the butt I know but you just have to look. We can't tell you because the bar is symmetrical and can be installed either way. The 2nd time I adjusted mine I figured it out and used a sharpie to label mine on each end. The word shorten and an arrow showing which way to twist the bar. That also shows which way to turn the jam nuts to loosen them. Edit to ad; Do the same for the 3rd link as it is much harder to see the threads to figure it out each time.

That question does not have an absolute answer because the bar can be turned around either way however for identification the knurled end of the tube is left hand thread. When the rear end is centered there will only be about 2 threads showing on each end. I have never had one that used all of the threads on both ends to get the rear centered but if due to some anomaly that is the case with yours simply shorten the tube by cutting off 1/4" or, 3/8". No worries about thread engagement; you're going to be swallowing up virtually all of them in the tube.
BTW, your photo of the driver's side shows that the jamb nut is in contact with the chassis mount; I suggest that you adjust the length of the spacers so that it isn't in a bind.

Some nut manufacturers identify left hand threads with a nick in the center of each of the six points.
