I had to get some body work done on my Cobra after a young lady, probably texting, sideswiped my car. I just got the car back and there were a few minor lighting issues I discovered and addressed (everything worked before the accident). Brake lights - fuse needed replacement, one blinker out, connection needed to be reconnected. Headlights, high beams (on separate dash switch),blinkers, tail lights all work but I'm not getting my front and rear parking/running lights to turn on when the light switch is engaged.
Upon checking, no power to the running lights when the light switch is pulled. I jumped where the main harness connects to the the front harness, and I get the parking lights to turn on when power is sent so I believe the wiring is still OK from the dash to the lights. I'm thinking it's the light switch because I'm also not getting my dash gauge lights to turn on either.
I customized my dash (wood) so before I take the dash down to get to the light switch, wondering if there's anything else to check before undertaking that task. It may be unavoidable, but open to suggestions I may not be seeing first.
