Buy now or wait for a year end sale?

My 2 sons and I are attending the Build School in October for the Mk5 class then heading over to FFR for a tour. My question to the forum is: There is a sale on now, does FFR usually so a year end sale or is it just as good to pull the trigger now, as FFR is offering PC on the chassis and BP is also offering 1K off the engines... Any advice is always helpful

you never know when, what or if there will be another sale and the Canadian dollar is strong VS US right now. Not sure if there are any extra tariffs but If the time is right why wait?

I posted this on my build thread but also here. A big "Thank You" to everyone on this thread. Its official, I pulled the trigger yesterday and put down the deposit, and have a completion date of November 8th, When we are at FFR on the 21st for a tour of the facility I'll finalize the order based on any lessons learned at the build school. The boys are very excited to start this adventure.

50% off options is going on now (Mk5 is excluded). That can be pretty significant if you plan to load up with things like IRS, Wilwoods, PS, gauges, etc.

Yeah, with the current sale going on that excludes MK5, I would guess any future sales this year would be the same where they exclude the MK5 again. I'm doing a quick trip to SEMA next week mainly just to check out the FFR booth and talk to the guys there. Will get my order in shortly after. Still kind of debating between a SBF 427 or the FFR Coyote package.

I ordered mine last week, and am glad I went to their site yesterday. Go through the Mk5 complete kit order form...you should see something new.

Between the remote booster (would skip the Wilwood's with a booster), the free IRS and all the other extras they are offering now I could get into a MKV for 2k less than I paid for my las MKIV.

Both kind of a bummer and pretty cool.

I haven't even painted my current car, I might have a condition.

I believe even if I just canceled my order right now I might be out like $250 bucks. Even now having to pay the $775 leather seat upgrade, I'd still save about $4k on my order. I spoke with Amanda, the receptionist, and explained to her what I wanted to do and she said she'd have one of the sales team call me back as they were currently busy on the phones (maybe speaking to you lol) and on the floor with customers.

Wow. Free IRS Suspension and Axle that I recently paid $4,749 for when I ordered my kit in mid October with a completion date of 11/29/25. I did managed to get the discount on the leather seats. They must be really trying to juice sales to finish out the year. I guess they have pretty good margin on these kits to give a 12% discount on the overall kit.

Just got off the phone with Travis. They just received my final check so he's ripping that up and he emailed me an updated invoice. It's about a $4k difference! If you're ever in the San Diego area, come on over as drinks are on me!

Hi. I waited a little bit towards end of the year and Bam the IRS was i clouded. Thats what pushed me to do the order at that point
