T5 Transmission Mount Trim

I just wanted to make sure that this needs to be trimmed. I have a Tremic T5. The mrk IV manual says if I have 3550, TKO550, tko600, trim off this section
The manual did not mention T5 spacificly but I assum it the same as the 3550.

I have never trimmed that off a T5. There is an ear on the other side that you may or may not have to trim. I will try and find a pic.

No. As Higgy said there is a tab on the passenger side that can interfere with the parking brake which you may need to cut off...no worries; it's only used as a pick up point on the assembly line.
