Putting together an order through evil energy so I'm able to get fuel lines installed in engine bay. Having trouble finding the right adapter for the hard lines I ran up to the engine bay so I can convert the npt to 6an on both feed and return fuel lines.
I'm sure somebody has found these but I haven't been able to on evil energy's site.:(217855
Do any of you out there have a vendor or part# that I can acquire these from.

To make sure I understand, you ran 3/8" hard line and then installed NPT fittings on the hard lines, and want to convert that to -6AN? If so, you're better off removing the NPT fittings you installed, and installing -6AN compression fittings directly on the 3/8" hard lines. That way you have fewer joints and fewer points of failure. Breeze sells Let-Lok -6AN compression fittings for 3/8" hard lines. They work perfectly.

Exactly what JohnK states. I put these ones on my fuel lines.

To add, whatever type of fitting (aluminum or stainless steel) you're using on your flex lines I'd match on the compression fittings. The Breeze fitting are stainless steel. The ones Todd linked are aluminum. I personally feel more comfortable with stainless steel, but regardless you're better off having the mating fittings of the same material.

X2 on the above. You will need to cut off the standard fittings and slide one of these on. I have never really figured out why the Let-lok are so expensive as I have never used them but I have used these several times and and they work well:

I'm guessing at least in part because they're stainless steel instead of aluminum.

I never thought of using swagelok system to make transition. I'll just have to get the right size for each line 1- 5/16 1-1/4 thanks for your help

I plumbed my entire fuel system with Evil Energy, all sourced from Amazon. Working great after 700 miles. FWIW, I initially ran 3/8 hard lines from engine bay to near the fuel pump, then used compression fittings as described above. Worked fine, but ended up ripping it all out and bought Evil braided PTFE lines, to eliminate several unions. Either way works fine, but I like having fewer failure points.

Okay, here's how I did mine and what I would consider the "correct" and safe way of doing this.

You can flare the tubing or since fuel lines are relatively low pressure you can use compression fittings like this one. https://www.holley.com/products/plumbing_an_fittings_and_hose/hardline/compression_adapters/parts/AT165106ERL

Then take your hardlines to bulkhead fittings secured to the footbox panel with a angle bracket.

Your flex lines from the engine connect to the other end of the bulkhead fittings.

Makes for a secure connection and the flex lines from the engine can be easily disconnected.

I think others have made the same suggestion. I used all stainless hard lines and used compression to AN stainless Swagelok fitting for the flex lines.

I used 3/8" line size pre-made sections with SAE inverted flares on each end from the local auto parts store for my fuel line routing (1-72" and 1-60" lengths).

Fragola Performance makes adapters to go from 3/8" inverted flare (female 5/8"-18 thread) to 6AN male ends.

Your question is about converting from NPT to 6AN but your photo looks like SAE inverted flares. As far as I know NPT(tapered) and inverted flare threads are different animals.

Compression fittings will work just as well for the fuel system.
