Need to get my wheels aligned for the first time. Is it better to align them with the body on or off? Or does it not make any difference.?
Thanks

It's easier to align with the body off. Especially if you have IRS. But alignment has to be done at ride height. So most do the alignment when completed including with body on. If you want to do with body off, set the ride height, do the alignment, then re-set the ride height when the body is back on and finished. As long as you get it back to the same place, the alignment should be OK.

Body off for sure. As Paul says, set the ride height where you want it, then reset once the car is fully assembled.

I rough-aligned mine with the body off, enough to go-kart a bit. Then once I got the body on and car fully assembled, I set ride height and took it to an alignment shop.
