Coyote 5.0L GEN 4X Crate Engine--Tuning HELP

I did a coyote engine swap in a 1966 Mustang FB, installed the Gen 4X and I am constantly losing power (feels like someone hit the brakes) whether it be at mid throttle or full throttle. I can not find anyone to help me tune this engine. I have called Ford Performance multiple times, I have tried HP tuners, etc. I can NOT FIND ANYONE who knows how to tune this engine or is willing to tune the engine. Can anyone please help me with this or steer me in the right direction?

I've used them several times and haven't experienced anything like that. Perhaps several days wait, and maybe that's slightly longer if they're really busy now. But 7 months doesn't make sense. Nothing on their website or a Google search for other experiences suggest that. We are talking about their virtual service vs. a physical dyno tune at one of their supported locations, right?

I apologize I had them confused with another tuning service, I did contact them and it only took a day or so for them to reply. We were able to solve the issue over the weekend with our tech and a local performance shop. I appreciate your time in referring Lund Racing.
