Quick question for trailering the 35 truck. Has anyone had trouble with U-Haul or Penske car haul trailers? specifically can you drive on and then open the doors of the 35 truck? Or are the trailer wheel fenders too high?

Thanks in advance

The u-haul trailer has a drop down fender on the drivers side. Don’t back up on the trailer, go forward. Wheelbase is extremely tight maybe 1/8 on either side. Make sure you are dead straight.

Good luck

That is great information, I will be scheduling my DOT inspection for next week. Thanks again.

I was able to use the U-Haul trailer, like stated above: the rear wheels are extremely close to edges of trailer.

You can see here the fender folder down.
