About a month into the fun California registration process. I'll post my adventure once complete (so, hopefully holding of breath is not a problem...). Last hurdle is the emissions/smog-exception step. Admittedly still don't have a full grasp on exactly what the state will accept, but a Type 4 PCV is specifically listed. BPE ships with maybe a Type 1 on the PS valve cover to base of throttle-body, and Type 2 on the DS, a breather oil fill hole cap. It would appear I need to swap out the breather for a PCV-type cap with a hose connection to the air cleaner. Just checking to see if anyone has done this with the BPE306 with the low-profile air filter (or something similar). If left to my own devices, I will figure it out on the (>=) 3rd attempt, will have spent too much have it look a mess.
