Hello all!

For those of you using the Forte external hydraulic clutch setup, what master cylinder size are you using? I started using a 1” master cylinder, and I'm not sure I'm getting enough throw. I can adjust the pedal closer to the driver but would prefer not to…..
I'm OK with more effort within reason if it means reduced throw. How much difference will going to a 1 1/8” master cylinder make? I also prefer the clutch to engage very high on the pedal, so this seems to make sense.

One other issue I'm having is the Wilwood clutch arm is contacting the three quarter inch frame tube. I was hoping that this had been a resolved issue but it looks like it hasn't. I know others have notched the tube but I'm thinking of going the route of clearancing the pedal. Anybody have any negative experiences with going that route?

I stuck with the 13/16 master size that Forte includes with the kit but changed out to a Tilton MC for the clutch. Thought I was having throw issues with the pedal being to high but was able to resolve with a little adjustment. My next size up was 7/8’s if I were going to make a change. I have speaker holes in the tunnel so could watch the clutch slave move to an optimal position quickly when adjusting.

My pedal comes within 1/2” of the front foot box wall. I had to remove my clutch stop to give it enough throw clearance with the slave adjustment. I did not have to notch anything.
