Ok I guess it’s true what they say once you do it the second one is easier I agree. I changed the way I installed this side I think it’s easier if you start by positioning the window frame in the door with the provided shims once you get that set then in install the door skin and work the door to fit the opening without moving the door brace, to me this was a lot better and half the time to fit up the door now I just have to wire and this side will be done
