Gen 4 Coyote F-150 Changes

Perhaps this is old news to those who follow more closely I but haven't seen it discussed here. The Gen 4 Mustang based Coyote crate motor is now pretty standard for Coyote builds. In the past, some have obtained F-150 Coyote motors from salvage, modified as necessary mainly with Mustang parts, and saved some significant money over a new crate or even a Mustang specific salvage option. I ran across the attached video which went into some details about the Gen 4 F-150 Coyote. With a search found a bunch more. Basically, Ford made some pretty significant changes. Perhaps could be used as is, but maybe no longer makes sense to convert to a Mustang style engine. Major changes are to the oil pump (belt driven variable pressure vs. crankshaft driven, looks similar to what's on the Godzilla?), cylinder deactivation, major head changes, cam and lifter changes, and more.
