I was doing an under car inspection and found a scratch all the way around the inside of the rt/rear wheel. Under some circumstances the bracket that holds the 3 link bar and r/rear shock is making contact with the inside edge of the wheel.
There is maybe 1/8" of clearance on the right rear, the left rear has over 1/4" between the shock bracket and wheel.
What is the best solution?216629216630

A wheel spacer would be the quick answer. A 1/4" would do the trick without setting your wheels way out. Just curious which wheels you have. Looks like the back spacing is a little short.

Grind an 1/8" off the bracket corner.

the other option is to grind 1/8 inch off the bracket where it is hitting
looks like Craig and I were typing at the same time...

If the rear end isn't centered, you can center it by adjusting the panhard bar. It doesn't sound like you are that far off, but worth starting there.

Just clearance the bracket by easing over the edge with a grinder, or even a hand file

What Craig, David and Rich said. Have done it several times.

I was thinking this might be a job for the wheel of death.
Thanks for all the replies!
