ididit hazard switch defective

Back in July 2021 "Lewis" posted that he had an issue with the ididit tilt column where the brake pedal being pushed would turn on the left front directional light. And if you "fiddled" with the hazard switch the problem would go away.

Well I finally got to the point where I was doing the final electrical tests and I wound up with the same exact issue. ididit Support acknowledged that it has been an issue, but in my case, the column is "out of warranty" so I had to buy the replacement switch.

For others that need to replace the switch it is stocked at Summit and is part number IDT-2620000101.

Thanks for the heads up. I am in the middle of running all of the electrical connections and will begin testing soon.

The replacement switch was labeled "Rev C" and fixed the issue. The old switch did not have any revision label.
