I have reached the operator at FFR on two different occassions. Very pleasant and tried to direct my call to parts department. They were unable to help so left name and #. This has occured since last week. Still n o response. Question, is FFR that busy or under staffed? Not in emergency need of parts so trying to be patient. Any thoughts?
I would try again. Occasionally you may not get a call back, but once you do, they're super helpful (and very patient with my questions). It's a small operation, and I suspect they've been busy with the anniversary sale, etc.

I have much better luck with email. That's something they seem to watch closely. Usually get a response the same day or next latest.

I agree with this. Email has served me the best as well.

I never had luck trying to call but emails were always answered. Sometimes with a call back.

Last time I emailed I had to point out how many times I had called with no follow up. Maybe it's a test where you have to try at least 5 times before they sell to you:p

I will try the email route. Thanks
There have been numerous times it’s taken them over a week to get back. I’m going on two weeks for my last inquiry… just sayin’

I’ve had decent luck, but you need to be persistent. Sometimes I call a few times until I get someone. But I agree, email is usually a day or two. And when you finally get someone they are helpful. Problem with email is a follow up question then takes another day. I wish they would assign you one person to be a main point of contact, might be more efficient and keep everything flowing. The price of these kits is getting up there to the point the customer service might need to elevate a tad. That being said they are supper nice and always answer your questions when you make contact. Just a thought.

Tell them you want to buy a Mk V kit. They will answer and then you can go from there.

I do know that they have a lot of events scheduled over the summer along with their new release. Most likely they are overwhelmed with emails, calls, and inquries about parts and new products. Im also waiting for a return email on parts ordered but trying to be patient. Im sure they will get back to you at some point soon. Good luck!

My experience has been the complete opposite. They’ve always answered when I have called and I’ve generally been impressed with the level of service. Email has always been returned within a day (working days) and sometimes faster as well.
Maybe I’m just calling from a favorable area code…

The Lady at the front dest forwarded me to Dave to order over the phone. Worked fine.
Next order I sent Dave V an email. No reply.
Called and left message for Dave V. No reply within 3-4 days.
Called and got Dan. Dan took order, all was good.
Dave V replied to original email FIVE weeks after sending it.
So do yourself a favor. Speak to DAN.

Dave Smith posted on Facebook that they had a number of people on vacation and a crew was heading out to the Syracuse Nationals car show and they would be short handed last week.
