Hi guys, I'm finding my driver side alternator position can't seem to keep the mustang reverse(counter-clockwise) rotation pump running well at higher rpm. I am looking for a standard (clockwise) rotation pump part number/source. Not looking for the $400 chrome edition. :-)

Anybody have a part reference?

Blueprint's got them:

https://blueprintengines.com/products/aluminum-mechanical-water-pump-ford-sb-289-302-351w-driver-side-satin-bpp16231?variant=6849370128450&country=US&currency=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gQT=1

But are you sure the rotation is the problem? Many people have the CCW rotation water pumps and they work just fine.

It's a one year application .

1985 Ford Crown Vic with 302 engine....

The pulley ( with grooves) is more expensive that the pump.

That's the ticket. I knew the earlier Fords had them.
